How do you delete groups?? Windows live messenger 2009

No matter what I do, I can't delete any groups. I get a message that says
"Sorry, we can't delete the group right now. Please try again later." As the
group owner, I have booted everyone out so only I am left and still same
message. I thought perhaps that the group I was trying to get rid of was
corrupted or something so I created a new group to see if I could blow that
away. I didn't even invite anyone else...I am the only member! Couldn't
delete that one either! Now I have 2 groups that won't go away.

I feel your pain about deleting contacts Cali Tech....how
frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any ideas??

I am having the same problem. Can someone at Live Messenger Programming do
something please. It is ruining my Messenger.

Same problem...I'm waiting for some realease to get out of these groups..

Well whats the solution??? Over a month this same crap and no fix? First
messenger wouldnt even attempt to sign in because of some inferior coding
getting corrupted (Error 80070005). Deleted my profile and created a new one
in order to sign on to messenger again but now my Vista Profile settings,
Pictures, Music, and stuff are all deleted even though Vista said it was
saving them to a folder on my desktop. LIES because the F'in folder is empty.
Anyways.... Can you people stop "improving" things. everytime you "Improve"
something it causes me headaches.

well all you have to do is go on msn and right click it then go to leave
group..wen it brings you to the site thing click leave this group, after you
click it, it might say your group must have at least one number ..then right
beside that it'll say delete group, wen you click that and go to the bottom
and click delete and then its gone! =D
