how are do you make themes?

on xp itis easy you can change everything but vista you cant even change to
classic.
hte icons say the same. and theme makers wont work.

in www.deviatnart.com there are hundreds of vista themes...

people are making them, so they must be doing it somehow

google these words, "deviantart vista visual styles"

find some creators there and ask them via the sites comments of the themes
how the do it.

I am using many themes in Vista, that support "aero 3d" The default black
one makes you want to puke
after some time...

it was bad design to begin with.

Right click the desktop > click Personalize > Themes > click in the Themes
list box and select 'Windows Classic'.

This will show you how to change the Color Scheme in Vista. Select
"Windows Classic" if you want the classic theme. See the related links
for other theme changes.

thinks for the replys but do you know how to make them like wel anything like
changeing all items and stuff like that because on xp i had a theme maker but
wont work on vista -_- do you know anyway you can with vista or any plus
packs or stuff

Nathan,

You can Google for some "Vista Themes". If you do not like those, then
you can also use one of the Stardock progams to change Vista how you
want it.
