How do you UNINSTALL an update

I accidentally downloaded Office XP updates to my computer, thinking they
were regular XP updates. I think they are screwing up my system. How do I
UNINSTALL them? I can't locate them in "add/delete programs".

If you don't have Office XP the updates would not have installed.
