In "Notes" fields of Outlook Calendar appointments I have a mix of various
encodings (common phrases for traveller, local addresses, names, etc -
written with west-european "umlauts", east-european accented chars, and some
cyrillics). On PC everything looks fine.
But when I sync to mobile device and open appointment on mobile device - all
accented chars are lost and replaced by chars from default PC (or WinMo?)
"non-Unicode" character table - looks like I'm in year 1993 with Windows 3.11
They are not even replaced with "squares" like e.g. unicode Chinese glyphs
but purely replaced by chars from ANSI table.
Does ActiveSync supports unicode in "Notes" field, or something has to be
done to preserve this mix of encodings and to be displayed correctly on
mobile device?
