Does anyone have any idea about how to fix this error message??

After spending days on the phone with a computer tech and trying my own hand
at fixing this pain in the butt issue I am at my wits end.

<process has already exited> has generated errors and will be closed by
windows. you will need to restart the program. error log has been created.

Has anyone else had to deal with this or know how to fix it. It comes up
only on certain web pages, but it is always the same. I know it has to to
with the compatibility of Windows 2000 and the Service pack 4 updates. Is
there anyone that can help me?? I will be forever in your debt.

Are you saying this error appears only in IE when viewing ceratin web pages?
If so please supply an example url

Does it actually say: <process has already exited>

or is there an actual process name. Did you try looking in Event Viewer
log? Does it happen on the same pages every time?
