Does Anyone Know How to Change the Default Save Type in MS Paint?

For me, the default save type is JPG, and when you save it, the quality is all messed up, so it's impossible to edit again.I'd like to make the default a PNG.I've tried the one with the default.png thing, but I for some reason, Paint isn't at Start\All Programs\Accessories.

If someone could give another solution, or fix the problem with the missing Paint, I'd be very happy.I'm using Windows Vista Home Basic 32-Bit SP2.Thanks in advance.
