Does anyone know how to get back your movie maker with Windows ME?

I accidently deleted it a while back and i can't get it back. I went to
windows update and updated the movie maker and i got back. When I try to open
it says WMMUTIL.DLL, was not found and i need a required .DLL file.how do you
get that??

(And of course you should scan those with antivirus scanner first. Those
should be reliable sources, but as you know, better be safe than sorry)
