Does Live One Care offer Parental Control?

Does Live One Care offer Parental control? or at least the means to block
porno , violent , etc web sites?

I can't find a way to do it....

No -- not in Live OneCare

In Vista: Control Panel > Internet Options, Content tab, Parental Controls
