Does Microsoft Update work with IE7 Beta 2

I just clicked on update (Microsoft Update not Windows Update) and it
appeared to fail. Is update working properly with IE7 Beta 2?

Nothing changed since earlier today except IE7 Install. Tried turning off
fire wall, made sure popup blocker wasn't working on this site, etc.

Yes I too am getting a error @Microsoft Update page, however my error:
0x80072EE2...

I have reviewed the IE_Public_General Newgroups, which the IE7 Beta 2
Preview forwards you too...Nothing (yet) that I can find relating, but I see
another user posted here with similar issue...

You may receive an "Error 0x80072EE2," "Error 0x80072EE7," "Error
0x80072EFD," "Error 0x80072F76," or "Error 0x80072F78" error message when
you try to use the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site:

that didn't help my problem.

windows xp mce using ie7b2 (public) after install i reboot. i go to
windows update and get errors above. i've tried those suugesstions. oh
well
