Does not supporting folder sharing

ok ive had nothing with problems since i installed windows live. the main
thing is i want to fix this folder sharing problem, it just says it doesnt
support folder sharing.. ive tried all the troubleshooter stuff etc... non of
that works? whats the answer to getting this to work.

The common reason for this is that your hard drive was formatted using the FAT32 file system
as opposed to NTFS.

Luckily it's easy to convert:
