How does one raise "administrator/administration" in Vista? In WinXP
it's tapping F8 for "safe mode" but is it the same on Vista? TIA
Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Raise? Please define. If you mean "access", then it's the same as with XP,
by entering safe mode.

To do this just go to the icon of the program you want to run as
Administrator & give it a right click with the mouse then select 'Run as
Administrator'.
