Yes it works just copy your msimg32.dll from your old folder (Program
Files\Msn Messenger\) to the new folder (Program Files\Windows
Live\Messenger\)

and if patchou will create a new version for 8.5 soon?

I heard that messenger does not support add-ons anymore...

It's just the loader for Plus. But, Plus only works barely, most of the features don't work.

Of course Patchou will make a compatible version, he always does

The add-on support doesn't affect Plus anyway.
