Hello:

I've recently switched form MSN dialup to DSL with another another provider.
I've still retained my MSN dailup account --and its associated @msn email
acounts [hotmail].

If I cancel MSN as my ISP, will I also lose windows Live Messenger 8? Or
can I retain these other MSN services even after I cancel the MSN internet
connection?

Thanks in advance:

-eli

Windows Live Messenger, as well as your Hotmail/MSB email account (after
cancelling the dial-up service), are ad supported and free.

Thanks Steven.

Will I still be able to access those MSN Email accounts via Outlook Express
and/or Microsoft Outlook?

To access your MSN email account in Outlook or Outlook Express you will need to
have a paid subscription. That can be a Hotmail Plus account, an MSN Premium
subscription, or a subscription to Outlook Live, which includes a subscription
service license for Outlook 2003 and the Outlook Connector. Free MSN/Hotmail
accounts can't be accessed from OE or Outlook.
