Does WSUS server have a web interface like update.microsoft.com?

I have a machine that I want a user to manually install individual updates.
This machine does NOT have access to the internet but it can access my WSUS
server. Does the WSUS Server have a interactive web interface like the
update.microsoft.com web site? If it does what is the default link?

No, WSUS does not provide an interactive web interface for the end
user...
