does xp2 come with wga?

just want to know if sp2 comes with wga or i have to download it separtely?

SP2 is available at the Microsoft Download Center
(standalone "network" version, 266 MB):

(disregard the "intended for IT professionals and developers" part,
it can be used on a single computer as well)

Luckily, it doesn't come with SP2. You're a fool if you download and
install WGA.
