It depends on which version of MS Office he got, some have it, some don't,.
But Vista (nor any previous Windows) does not include Outlook.
Vista replaced Outlook Express with Windows Mail.
You can download Windows Live Mail, but it seems to be a resource hog.
I don't see that Windows Live is any better than reading your mail in a
browser window, and a browser seems to have less overhead.
Like anything else, that is MY opinion, some people love it, I think it
stinks.
