Domain admin cannot install updates

We are using WSUS. For our client PC's, we have the patches download and install automatically after they are approved. But with our servers, we have updates download to the server, but not install until the a server admin logs on and accepts the install.

When we logon as local administrator, there are no problems -- they yellow update icon appears in the taskbar and we are able to do our thing. But when we logon as a domain user (which is a Domain admin account), we do not get any Automatic Updates options. Why is this?

Thanks.
