Domain Controller crashed without demoting properly

Hi,

I promoted 2nd DC (win 2003 r2) to the existing domain. However, the 1st DC
died after reboot thus it wasn't demoted properly. Right now, the 2nd DC
can't contact the 1st DC. How can I fix this situation? Thanks
