Domain Name Records.

This is a dumb question, but here goes.

I want to create a record so that users can type in mydomain.com instead of
www.mydomain.com.

I had this fine in Simple DNS, but since moving to MS DNS (win2KS I can't
seem to see where to add the record.

Could someone kick this old gal in the pants and give me a clue.

Simple. Right click mydomain.com, choose New Host, leave the name
blank, and type in the IP address. It will show up as "(same as
parent)."

HOWEVER, if this zone is your AD domain name, then one is already
created automatically by the Netlogon service, and you CANNOT alter
it/them, or issues with AD will result.
