Hello,

I'm having an issue with a user being able to RDP to their Windows Vista
workstation. I've added them to the allow list and I'm able to connect but
for some reason they always get this error:

"To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on
through Terminal Services right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop
Users group have this right. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop
Users grup or another group that has this right, or if the Remote Desktop
User group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually."

We're running Windows 2003 AD.

Thanks in advance!

Did you try adding them to the Remote Desktop Users group in Active Directory?

Do that and have them log out, log back in, and try again.
