Domain W2008R2 and autenticated users

Hello,

I have a problem with the authentication of users to access services.

I have a domain with Windows 2008 R2 and I can´t autenticate users as a
service account. I want add role of ADRMS (Right Management Server) and when
ask for a user as a service account don´t validate any user of the domain.

I´ve disabled the firewall and UAC.


Any ideas?
