What should I do Windows Vista Basic don't have Windows Media Center?

True, Media Center is not included in Home Basic. You would need to upgrade
to Home Premium, or Ultimate.

If you want Media Center, upgrade to a version that comes with it:
either Home Premium or Ultimate.

Pay more money and buy an upgrade. Or switch to Ubuntu or Fedora.
