Guys.. you dont have to be a rocket scientist to get this...

you have vista ok? Its unstable, crap, flaky, slow and stupid...

then you go ahead and install a BETA Service Pack on top of it? ARE YOU
MAD?????

Wait until it is final....


Then you will see that not much has improved and you can continue cursing
and Vista.. LOL

... except that many don't have an unstable, crap, flaky, slow and stupid
Vista installation.

Strange. My Vista has been excellent all along. Now with SP1 it is even
better.

I am for SP1 beta, I think it just gave my vista home premium and speed
boost. Computer is now a whole lot faster. I didn't have many problems
before, except a few, like my dvd not responding that had my pictures on it.
But that's even fixed too, because I installed service pack 1. I don't know!
But I think it is!

Even on my current 4 year old system, Vista runs fine. It's just as fast
as my XP installation (which I haven't had to use for several months now.)

I built a really strong system in 11/05 in anticipation of Vista. 5.3 Vista
Experience and that's just because my video pulls it down the rest of my rig
is 5.9. From RC1 until now it has absolutely flew. It blows my previous XP
Pro away. SP1 has just made it better. I put Business on my old 2.5 P4 with
512mb RAM and it works fine.

computer literate enough to know the difference...

go play with your flip 3d and solitair and let the pros say if vista is good
or not.

Well this may be true. I only got my first computewr 20 years ago and started
repairing them 10 years ago and got my A+ 3 years ago so I feel right about
hanging my sign out to open my repair shop.

Now instead of trying to run Vista on something mommy and daddy bought for
you, build a $2800 system as I did and watch it fly. Do you know fly? All the
companies I maintain systems and networks at seem to think I'm a miracle
worker.

You sure I didn't get my first system when you were just a gleem in daddy's
