Dont know how to download Service Pack 2 to Windows XP.

Where can i download a Service Pack 2 Without should use Microsoft Update or
Windows Update? My Internet Explorer Does not curently work. And i most not
download it direct to the computer. Only IT Proffesionals there is using
network shall do that. How do i download it Without Using windows update or
Microsoft Update?
