Don't see winks but can hear...

Hi,
Using WLM 8.0.0812.00, I can send winks,
but the winks I send, I see nothing but I can hear the music going with.
Same thing happens when receiving winks...
I must say that I can see the complete wink animations by the Menu Tools, My winks....
==> My Flash player is OK !....
How to fix that?

Please make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player

http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer

Please try downloading a wink from the following website, and play it in
Messenger

http://www1.cae.mypersonalexpression.com/

If it does not work, I would uninstall Messenger

Then delete the %appdata%/microsoft/MSN Messenger folder

Then reinstall Messenger, and see if the issue still occurs. If it does,
please tell me so I can assist you further.

Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for your answer..
My Adobe Flash Player was up-to-date .
I still was able to play winks going thru Tools & My winks
In the chat window, I could play & hear the winks, but not able to see them.
So, I thought some WLM files were corrupted & I just have re-installed WLM
without uninstalling previous version & have had a "Repair" option.
Now, everything is OK again.
