Don't want IE7

We have a few programs in our organization that have conflicts with IE7. I
don't think IE7 is a critical update but all of the computers running XP or
better (including our windows 2003 servers) want to download an install it.
Is there a way I can tell it not to?

I know I saw before where I could tell the MicrosoftUpdate web site to
ignore a download but I can not get it.

Please advise.

Is IE7 being offered via Automatic Updates or just on MU ? If via AU,
then when the update is offered or you're informed it's ready to
install, put a check in the box for " Do not notify me of this update ".
