Hi,
The applications probably cannot be virtualized, so they are trying to write
to either system folders or the Program Files folder. Either way, they have
to run elevated to do so, thus the prompt. You could get rid of it by
disabling UAC, but that is not recommended.
Lots of icons means you have lots of stuff in the startup group. Check
Windows Defender and msconfig for allowed programs in the startup group.
