dot.NET Trouble

I've got dot.Net 1.1 on my other computer. I've been trying to apply the
SP1 update. I don't think it's working -- the same update keeps being
re-offered. How can I verify if dot.NET 1.1 SP1 is or isn't installed?

Thanks! That's a handy little utility. It verified that I do have
..NETFramework 1.1. I'll keep looking into the required updates and see if I
can get them to work.
