If you have duplicates message, then download and use the free Outlook
Duplicate Remover utility, written by Fr. Simon Rundell, available at the
following site ---

ActiveSync sometimes tend create duplicate messages due to partnership
corruption. In such cases, run the utility. If problem is not solved try
deleting and then recreate the partnership.
1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen
instructions to setup a new partnership.
