Double Userids on the login Screen

Since August, I have noticed that whenever I define a userid or just in
general log in, for every userid on the computer, it is listed twice. So my
userid is on the screen twice and my wife's ID is on the screen twice. Does
anyone know if Microsoft has a fix for this available. I would think in 5
months, they would have figured this one out by now.

The only other 2 reports of this that I have seen, have been on laptops with
Omnipass fingerprint readers.
I haven't seen a solution.

Thanks....I am running with a laptop with a Omnipass fingerprint reader.
I'll check with Omnipass to see if anything has been reported there. Thanks.

Actually....on another thread, I was able to get a fix for this problem from
the Omnipass software support team. Here is the URL where you can get a
utility that will fix this problem. Just download and run and it's all done

www.softexinc.com/download/UninstMSPwdProv.exe
