We guessed the 110% was a typo, still waiting for the bank to start
paying me 110% interest
I think before you complete that download you should read some reports
about Norton, many here will say it is worthless and loads any system
down to the point where it's visibly slower, but that's up to you of course.
It is possible that this slow downloading is caused by loads on the
server at the other end, and being a "Security" site if your problem is
mainly there they may be experiencing what's know as a DDoS attack,
which means Distributed Denial of Service. You can Google to learn more.
I suggest for AV software you look around Google for AVAST or AVG,
although AVC seems to be getting slower than AVAST these days.
