down loading office 2003 service pack 2

i have down loaded the above update, but it fails to install into my
computer. all other updates have always worked and i just installed several
updates tonight with them all working except service pack 2.

anyone know how to get this to down load?

I went through the same scenario - i.e. success with latest security updates
but failure with Office service pack 2 update. The error message received
was:

x Installation Failure Error Code: 0x517

Need help... Tkx.
