You need an Ultimate product key to continue using the system now.
Otherwise, you'll need to format and install either a different Vista
version or different OS altogether. A single key (license) is only good for
a single installation on a single system, you can't use it on two machines
simultaneously. In addition, you can't "upgrade" the now-defunct Ultimate to
Home, you'd have to clean install *and* you can't do that with the upgrade
disk.
