is it downladable Windows 2003 SP1 whit WSUS?

In my list of service pack in Wsus i didn't find Win 2003 SP1, is it
correct?

When i can install it?

I am sorry you cannot yet find Service Pack 1 for Windows Server 2003. For
WSUS, there is a better newsgroup from which to post this question:

microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs

You are likely to get better information and advice. Please repost here
with the solution, though, as we definitely have customers interested in
evaluating WSUS and could benefit from your experience.
