download email attachment

help, i can`t get my attachment. it says go to windows installer, then
says see system administer. i cleaned out computer for almost 6 hours and i
still can`t get it. i had same problem some months ago when i tried to get
some pictures off.

Your post probably should be in one of the Outlook Express or Email
newsgroups, but since you're here . . . Have you checked to see if you have
allowed Outlook Express the ability to download attachments?
