Download Fail-Error code 80070426

I am repeatedly getting this code when attempting custom download and install
of SP2 on a home PC running XP-Home.

Express install doesn't fix the problem on my system. I still get this same
error code.

Hi all, I had the same problem. Try starting the Cryptographic Service. That
fixed it for me. Just go Start - Run then type in services.msc then just
enable and start the cryptographic service.

Lol, actually I did think of turning all services on, but decided against it
after I started reading of all of these problems. If I ever do install it, I
will probably turn all of them on. Thanks for the info!
