download keeps failing, help please

the following updates wont download, anyone else havin this problem?

tried like half a dozen time for each

Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB929969)

Security Update for Windows XP (KB920683)

Look in the Windows Update.log file - which can be found in the Windows
folder - for any error numbers and then see if they are referenced here:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/

Download the updates and save them, do NOT run them, from these links:

Security Update for Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP Service Pack 2

Security Update for Windows XP (KB920683) -
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

When the downloads are done, close the browser and any other open
programs. Now install the updates, restarting the system when requested to.
If the updates fail to install there will be log files created in the
WINDOWS directory [folder]. They will be KB929969.log and KB920683.log.
Copy and paste the log(s) into your reply if either or both of the
updates do not install.

I tried the way, closed any program, it didn't work

"Setup cannot update your windows xp files because the langiage installed om
your system is different from the update language"

!!! My sytem language is german, same is the IE, ... ??????
