Download link instead of open

How do i get back to the little save box in Vista? Every zip i
download opens. I know how to fix in xp. They keep changing stupid
stuff.

One more question:

How do i see the total size of the recycle bin? It used to be on the
status bar. But for some dumb reason that was removes from all
folders. Why?

Question 1: I dont understand
Question 2: Highlight(ctrl+a) everything in recycle bin.

I click on a download link that's a zip file. I don't get the
open/save/cancel box. It just automatically opens the zip file. How
can I get the open/save/cancel box back?

When you 1st get the prompt to download are you clicking save?

Right click the download link and press "save target as" then select th
path you want to save your file.:
