Download not working :(

I have just got the Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade with SP1. I clicked the
download link, then went to my digital locker, and waited and waited just for
1%. I have waited for longer then a half hour . Can someone help me out?

Reboot Your PC And Try Again. Just FYI

I waited till the activation for the 23 days thing was over, now i am in
reduced function. Would that be a problem?

I have windows vista ultimate. Build 6000
I got another vista because it was not working
I waited for my 1st vista to have activation for the 23 days thing was
over, now i am in reduced function. Would that be a problem?
My key also dose not work.

1.Try using system restore to avoid possible errors.
2.Scan your computer with update antivirus and antispyware.

Also, Since I am in reduced function. I can enter my product key as well,
but it says that it is a invalid vista product key? Do i need to install the
product that came with the key. I am running of Build 6000. 32-bit. I bought
a vista ultimate upgrade with sp1. same as one I have.
