download stuck at 0%

I don't understand. My auto download is stuck at 0% and I can't remove it,
nor can I update manually. The error code that comes up is 80200010. Can
anyone help??

I have seen this page, tried it all, and regrettably this is the only
response to the many many people that are having problems and I see no
followups from them. So I wonder, is this fixing everyone up or are they
just not responding? My download is still at 0% and won't move. No error
messages.

Do you have a 3rd party firewall and/or router?
If so, bypass them AFTER enabling the Windows firewall:
