download times

I currently use a satelite internet provider as I live in the country where
the only other option is dial-up, yuk! So, I have a limit to the amount that
I can download except between the hours of 3am and 6am. Can I set my computer
to download items that I want during these hours?

Not unless you have use a third party download manager, there is no such
functionality within Vista or the Internet Explorer 7 browser to do so.
