Please do this ... go to Start > Run > type in or copy and paste the
below into the Open: line then click OK or press Enter

%windir%\windowsupdate.log

The WindowsUpdate.log will now be open. Starting at the bottom of the
log, work your way back up towards the top and look for FATAL or WARNING
entries. Copy and paste the sections just previous and right after such
entries into your reply, please.
