Download Windows Vista Business

I have right now XP on my Laptop, (installed by my company) but not working
well due to some wrong installation, I will install the Vista Business, I
have the OEM License for the Laptop, but not acces to any CD, is it Possible
to Download a Complete Version ?

Contact the OEM vendor for access to the appropriate files for the
installation of Vista Business.

You can't download it, unless the computer's manufacturer offers
such a service to registered purchasers. You'll need to contact the
computer's manufacturer to find out what sort of recovery mechanism they
originally provided and/or to see if you can obtain a copy of its OEM
installation DVD.

Legally, the OEM was obligated to providing a means of returning
the PC to its ex-factory state, whether it's a Recovery CD or a Recovery
Partition.
