I seem I have Another Question Does Widows Vista Can Burn On A Cd-R And Do
You Need A 700 Mb Cd to burn it on Or More tell me if it's possiable

Nope - the download is 2.39 gb. You'll need a DVD.

It's far too large for a CD-R. DVD+-R required. And, as far as I know, there
are no plans to release it on multiple CD's. Welcome to the 21st century.

Using a program like MagicISO you can extract the files from the iso to a
folder on a hard drive and install from that.

I was able to install Vista on an XP box by using Daemon Tools, and
performed a clean install, so that's another option.
