how to download XP Home manually

I have 2 computers both with real versions of XP Home. My office computer has
DSL, my home computer has dial up. Can I download and save on DSL, then
install on my dailup machine, without having to order (and wait for) the
mailed version on CD?

Windows Updates, use the Windows Update Catalog and burn to CD, #1 on this
