I have my updates on automatic and periodically I check my update history to
make sure that all is okay....several times now, the above update has tried
to run and is shown on my update history as failed.
I have tried to get on line assisted support and, when I entered my email
address, it keeps circling back to say that the email address is missing.
I've read some of the questions (and answers) in this newsgroup and I was
hoping that you can offer some "low tech" assistance to this home user.
