Well, emails with attachments work in general pretty well, so we would need
to know more about the emails and/or attachments you have there.

Does it happen with all senders or only a specific one?

Does it depend on the type of attachments?

Is an antivirus application running on your machine which scans incoming
emails?

Which email provider are you using? Which uses the sender?

Which email client does the sender use?

It would be easiest if you could insert your answers under each question.
Thank you! :-)

Hi, thanks a lot for taking the time in helping me!
So here are the answers to your questions:

Does it happen with all senders or only a specific one?
- It doesn't happen to all senders, but randomly. I thinks that the bigger
the files are, the most chance i have to get an error. But it sometimes also
happen to smaller files.

Does it depend on the type of attachments?
- It doesn't depend on the type of attachments

Is an antivirus application running on your machine which scans incoming
emails?
- yes, it is ACTIVE VIRUS SHIELD

Which email provider are you using? Which uses the sender?
- I'm using HOTMAL, the senders use differents ones.

Which email client does the sender use?
- I don't think they use any...

Thanks a lot for your time...

That does not sound like a WLM problem to me, but more likely to be
related with ...

.... the email scan in this antivirus, which I do not know. Can you try
and disable email scanning? It does not add anything to your security,
anyway, because should you ever try opening a malicious message, the
real-time scan of the antivirus protects you.

De nada. :-)
