downloading a .bin file

I'm trying to open a bin file from a site and download it onto a fta box but
the file wants to open in explorer I dont need it to open in that just need
it to open without having to select anything. How do I get back to where it
doesn't default back to explorer and gives me the option box so i dont have
to choose

You need a program such as WinRAR to open and view .bin files.
