Downloading, but what?

There is a little spinning icon in the systems tray that tell me that
something is downloading.

Is there a facility in Vista that tells me exactly what is
downloading?

Does it indicate what it is downloading when you hover over it? The only
thing I can possibly think of is Windows Defender which has a Green wheel
when downloading definitions. Screenshot would be nice

the other thing that could be updating is Adobe reader

Thanks for the responses.

I think it might be McAfee security. When I hover over this icon it
sometimes tells me that it is downloading McAfee files. But, sometimes
when I hover it just says 'downloading', but gives no informatiion. I
assume that it is downloading a McAfee file, but I would like a
confirmation. I assume that this icon would not indicate downloading
from other programmes.
