downloading files

When I turn my computer on I will get a message at the top stating files in
[unknown] are needed,hpzrp306.dll
And below in the same box it will have the following:
E:\enu\drivers\win2k_xp
It states it is copying files, but appears to be doing NOTHING
What must I do to end this? Thanks James R.
